RETURN POLICY

  You may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 with a 20% restocking fee, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser.  Items ordered especially for the customer that we do not normally carry  are not returnable. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must posses the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print or type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. If we have spooled or altered the product in any way at your request the item may not be returned.  Greg's Bait Shack reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item where the customer has a history of returns or if the product has been used.

Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the merchandise. This must be done by telephone (757-465-9020).  Your item must clearly display on the outside of the box the Return Authorization Number.
